Wellness weeks are designed to give you the tools and insights to make positive changes in your life. Each week has a theme and programme of fun, inspiring activities, including a company holiday to rest and reflect at the end of the week.

All new parents at Divido return from parental leave with a four-day work week for 12 weeks. We also provide enhanced maternity and paternity leave with up to 18 weeks on top of the initial 12 weeks for maternity and two weeks of paternity leave.
Mental health matters. We partner with Vitality to offer private healthcare along with mental health cover including access to counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a 12-month subscription to Headspace whenever you need it.
