weeks
We bring everyone together twice a year, around common goals of health, wellbeing, and social responsibility. Wellness weeks are designed to give you the tools and insights to make positive changes in your life. Each week has a theme and programme of fun, inspiring activities, including a company holiday to rest and reflect at the end of the week.

Fridays
Making it Happen. We block out calendars every other Friday. So you are distraction free to get things done with the incentive of a 3pm finish and an early start to the weekend!

benefits
All new parents at Divido return from parental leave with a four-day work week for 12 weeks. We also provide enhanced maternity and paternity leave with up to 18 weeks on top of the initial 12 weeks for maternity and two weeks of paternity leave.
